☆ Heifer Station Winery business planning
Tilma Group worked closely with the winery owner to develop a business case and project plan for a large development: expanding the cellar door to triple capacity, constructing infrastructure so the winery can host large outdoor music festivals, and building two luxury cottages – a significant investment. The business case assisted with applying for grant funding for the expansion.
☆ Experience development mentoring for Queensland operators
Linda Tillman mentored 26 regional tourism business owners in programs by Tourism & Events Queensland and Brisbane Economic Development Agency.
Businesses included accommodations, boat tours, a wave-riding park, a wildlife sanctuary, a distillery, museums, and agritourism businesses such as wineries, horse riding tours, a cheese factory, and a strawberry farm.
A deep dive into the travel journeys of their visitors identified what business owners could do at each stage to enhance the transformational experiences they offer - pragmatic support on how to align with the Queensland tourism brand’s Travel for Good principles.
